My Story

I create art that breathes. Mindfulness that colors. Breath and stillness intertwine in every creation.

My name is Terry, I'm a teacher, a certified mindfulness instructor for developmental age, and a mandala artist. I'm a hyperactive person with high sensitivity, and in mindfulness and mandala art I found the source of a balance that is born within to spread around me.

Mandalas are sacred symbols used for meditation, prayer, healing, and art therapy. When I paint each piece, I enter a meditative flow state, letting the patterns manifest in my mind to then create each piece uniquely and originally, a true energetic portal for your days.

Painting mandalas has brought me a deep sense of peace, balance, and awareness that I hope to share with you.
